I think that's an excellent idea to use different points of perspective! Everyone has different points of perspective which is unique in its own ways. By having each team member provide their perspective it would allow everyone to learn how everyone thinks. I have found different solutions to problems that other team members were unable to find, or hadn't yet considered.
