Our narrow perspective makes it difficult to think differently which most problems requires. Problems arise everywhere because no one and no organisation is perfect but the person or the organisation who are the top right now are due to their problem solving skills in a effective and efficient way, you must have multiple solutions to a single problem and apply the one which completely fit in that situation to encounter that specific problem.

I’ve always believed though that the most successful people in business aren’t focused on their next step, or ‘expecting’ good things to happen to them. Positivity in my opinion is the core value under any organisation or even in our lives, A positive person always has his mind full of ideas and positive thoughts circulates in his mind which ultimately reflects on an organisation perfectly. Positivity lead you towards your goals because if you have a single negativity for example if you think you cant then you definitely cant do anything in your life as well as in an organisation. Be the person who says: I Can & I Will rathet than I Cant!!

In my experience, aligning with the company goals ensures you are adding value. Assisting in helping to hit strategic goals for the company will also help your career along the way. It shows you are not just collecting a paycheck but proves you want to help the company succeed.

In my opinion if you want to show loyality to your work and an organisation you should align to its vision first because they hired you because that organisation trusts you that you will fulfill its vision. So a visionary mind is the one who has more value in an organisation as well is his own life because without a vision you cant be successful.

At my first job out of college, on day 1, I created a fresh note in my Evernote titled "ROI of me". I wasn't in a sales role, but my goal was to provide more value than the cost of my salary.
