Therefore, their experience has to be taken care of from the beginning of the journey. The most important thing that we must do to deliver a meaningful experience is the pre arrival detailing. Go on research and study well what their hoppies are. What are they interesting at. Check the best picture they have together on social media. See what the previous resorts or hotels they stayed at before to learn about their expectations. Drop a nice email telling them how thankful and excited you are to have them soon. Upgrade them if you can to make it as special as you can.

No printed photo -cake , it's been overdone to a point that the pictures are picked for FB and they embarrass the guest instead of impressing them, I think spontaneous gesture would work best when the moment you know of a celebration you do something nice for them and thats priceless
