I have done 360 feedback & What should I start, stop and continue using survey monkey. I included people I am not fond of or who weren't necessarily my fan. Many times we only focus on feedback from a similar mindset. Try to get feedback from those who have pointed out your area of opportunity in the past. Make it anonymous. Get feedback from juniors you have worked with & skip levels such as your boss's boss. You have no idea how your perception is been portrayed by your boss. Have a skip-level meeting to get face-to-face feedback. This helps to identify blind spots & if you want to get promoted you need to get a buy-in Perception matters during the promotion. Act on feedback & follow up. Ask them if they noticed the difference.
