What are some time management strategies for working remotely with multiple clients?

Setting clear boundaries is essential when working remotely for several clients. In my experience as a virtual assistant, this entails establishing specific hours for working and communicating with clients. This enables them to respect your personal time and be aware of when you are accessible. I use the Toggl time tracker to keep track of how much time I spend on each task so that I don't spend too much time on one work.

Setting boundaries is just the beginning. You also have to respect those boundaries yourself. Keep your word and treat your schedule with attention, care, and thoughtfulness.

For me managing my time to serve my various clients is by managing my calendar appropriately. Setting specific dates, times, realistic timelines, expectations from both parties and due dates. To me time management is huge, giving that client the attention they deserve for collaboration is essential. Each client gets their time and feel as though they are very well taken care of. Personally, I have been using the Pomodoro technique for 3 weeks now and since then my productivity level has increased. I am able to concentrate and complete tasks on time. During the 5 minute breaks, I prefer to connect with nature because it is always therapeutic for me.

There is an incredible amount of research related to increased work stress and burnout. I utilize a meditation app to start my day and end my day. The time commitment is 1-10 minutes. My company has this cost effective tool included in our software. When the stress intensifies, I can tap into a guided 1 minute meditation and regroup.

When working with remote clients, I find that always communicating with them around the same time sets the unwritten rule of "this is the best time to reach me" and people will subconsciously fall into expecting communication from you at that time or on that day. If your communication happens at all hours, they will expect you to be reachable at all hours.
