Get a wireless or streaming system to see the main video feed, or the whole set. Either a camera that auto does it as most new ones do, or a wireless one that can send the signal to any streaming service in the world. Do you need a long complicated answer? Nope! When it come down to it you just need a video feed to somewhere and a simple phone communication amplified back, like a Bluetooth speaker in the area or even sent to Bluetooth headsets worn by the sub director , or whom ever. It’s just a matter of communication of video out to audio in. Darn easy. A phone can send the video out and another send the audio back from the director or anyone. You pick the quality both ways. The simplest way is always best. Sorry to be blunt.
