3 Belbin's model

A third team development model that can help you as a project leader in a startup is Belbin's model, which identifies nine team roles that are essential for a balanced and effective team. These roles are: plant, resource investigator, coordinator, shaper, monitor evaluator, team worker, implementer, completer finisher, and specialist.
