1 Global Fund

The IEOF supports interventions that focus on learning outcomes, teacher effectiveness, school leadership, and parental engagement.

The Global Partnership for Education (GPE) is a PPP that supports education in low- and lower-middle-income countries, where more than 250 million children are out of school or not learning. It was created in 2002 by the World Bank, UNESCO, UNICEF, and other partners, and has since grown to include more than 70 developing country governments, donors, civil society, private sector, and foundations. The GPE provides grants for education plans, data, innovation, and advocacy, as well as technical and policy advice.
