Conozco este modelo. Yo lo utilizo para hacer reflexionar al equipo donde está cada uno de sus miembros en cuanto a la comunicación afectiva con el fin de conocerse y así comprenderse y que les sea mas fácil gestionar conflictos. A mi me aporta mucho valor para estos temas utilizar el método BELBIN para entender desde donde está aportando valor cada miembro del equipo. Son 9 roles y nos hace comprender los conflictos normales del Equipo en base a su configuración.
