2 ISO/IEC 25010

One of the most widely used and recognized software quality models is the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, which is the latest revision of the ISO/IEC 9126 standard. This model defines eight quality characteristics for software products and four quality characteristics for software systems. The eight product quality characteristics are functional suitability, reliability, performance efficiency, usability, security, compatibility, maintainability, and portability. 4 Boehm's model

A third example of a software quality model is Boehm's model, which was proposed in the 1980s by Barry Boehm and his team at the US Defense Department. This model defines seven quality characteristics for software products and three quality levels for software systems.
