Restroom cleanliness has always been a major topic to clients. Especially during and post Covid. The program that I have seen that works best, no matter for a golf course or a gas station is to have a form, in plain sight for associates and clients to read that clearly shows what was tended to and when. I've also seen notes to clients that says "if there is an immediate need, please let us know"
