My thumb rule: Title: "As a [User Role], I want to [Desired Outcome], so that [Benefit]." This promotes immediate user focus and understanding. INVEST in Description: Briefly describe the story using the INVEST framework. Acceptance Criteria: Define clear benchmarks for a "done" story using GWT (Given-When-Then) or Gherkin formats. A customer journey will definitely help much more visualize the use case. Dependency Management: Identify and link any related user stories, epics, tasks, or bugs that impact or depend on this story. If applicable, provide wireframes or prototypes to aid faster development.

The benefits of seeking to follow the INVEST criteria is that it typically results in better consistency of work output, since the stories will be easier to estimate and complete in a consistent manner.

It allows us to build on the simiplified version in the story summary and provide specific details about the behavior. It can also be helpful to think about them as testable exit conditions.
