Working on this challenge accompanying, tutoring and empowering you can train the person individually and adapt perfectly it′s different levels of skills or capacities. The magic recipe should be to behave like catalyzer you influence, but you don′t melt. You show the ways and the doors, but each one have to decide and go by their self through the door.
