Training needs analysis (TNA) is the process of identifying the gaps between the current and desired performance of employees and the best ways to address them through training. One of the factors that can influence the effectiveness of training is the learning style of the trainees. Learning styles are the preferred ways of acquiring, processing, and retaining information.
