So, you should consider in having a Change Facilitator/Manager as part of your team and to adapt your project methodology to embrace additional phases/steps. Healthcare workers are constantly busy, and just asking them to do more is not the key. It's mandatory to show the benefits and to allow enough time to them to participate in the process.

Customer's culture. A project, not only in healthcare, must understand how customer's culture is. There's no point in showing agile metrics or a beautiful Gantt chart if it's irrelevant to the customer (and stakeholders). You must understand the ways and the formats they want to consume the information you're sending. Is must be meaningful for them, not only for you.
