Discuss how these align with the organization’s mission and contribute to the overall strategic direction. We should also make leaders to ensure a clear understanding of the organization’s vision and mission. Help the leader align their personal vision with the broader objectives of the organization

Things need to change because the current situation isn't working as effectively or efficiently as it could. There is always room for improvement and ABC should stand for Always Be Curious. Ways to do this can include the 5 why's, open ended questions or simply by asking if they could wave their magic wand, what would perfect look like?
