The most demanding and contemporary challenge confronting administrators is the rapid evolution of tools and technologies, necessitating our constant adaptation to remain competitive in the industry; failure to do so could result in exclusion from the market. Moreover, the proliferation of remote and hybrid work arrangements may give rise to interpersonal conflicts among employees, as face-to-face discussions differ significantly from virtual communications via phone calls or other digital platforms.

Personally, I've always tried to simplify manual tasks that everyone on the team needed to do. If you see that the task is constantly repeated by everyone in the team, it is tedious, and you think that technology could solve it, try to investigate ways to do it. Sometimes a simple resource can be an Excel spreadsheet, which was my case for many cases while working as a lawyer. You don't need expensive software to solve some issues, but you need to think of a better way of solving a tedious task. Rather than thinking in digital transformation itself, try to be curious and try to find ways to improve how things are done. Identifying problems is the first step to transforming a process. In my role I am constantly looking at ways to use the changes in technology to help make our processes easier for the work to get done. Reducing the number of steps something takes to get processed is the ultimate goal which is aided by the advancements in technology. We should look at ways to use technology to our advantage. No more wet signatures to approve documents, automated approvals are key. With the advance of the hybrid office situation it makes a lot of sense to become more cloud based with our software solutions to enable staff to be able to access the required information from anywhere. On the other hand if you already have a way you’ve done it in the past, merge the new information with your old systems to make it make more sense to you!

I believe every employee should act ethically and responsibly. At the end of the day, every organization is made of people, and you will find other people on the other side. Whether you want to be a good coworker, a good professional, or provide a good service, ethics and responsibility should be a top priority. An example I've seen is when you are honest with your customers or stakeholders, and you tell them you can't do a task, but another person or a competitor can do it, you will build trust with that person and end up with more tasks or businesses trusted in the future.

Now if only the employers could do the same.The loyalty is many times seems to be one sided.Corporations like to refer to their employees as family.We are not family.Its a tactic that many of them use to manipulate their employees to make them blindly loyal.
