A well structured onboarding process impacts retention. Introducing 30/60/90-day feedback and surveys play an important role. It can capture the new hires journey in the organization. The 30 day feedback focusses mainly on clarity of role, 60 days feedback can make the employee highlight on the roadblocks, training gaps or any support and the 90 days feedback is a check whether they are confident in their role and building psychological safety.
