Learning & development is a continuous process , a person learns till his last breath , hence learning is very much engaging and what comes in this course is development. R&D activity: An employee tends to get bored out of regular operations and activity similarly like we cannot eat same food everyday hence r & d on various project with operations has to be a part of annual KRA. Recognition: Money is not all an employee needs they need to be recognised as well their accomplishments of these projects need to be recognised under their name periodically, it good for the individual and business both. Group outings & recreation : Team outings,exersions, staff family get together keeps a team intact and makes us feel empowered and secured

One strategy is to recognize there are different phases of growth and learning for both individuals and teams. There's the stage where you are a beginner, and need constant feedback and direction. The next stage is where you have some skill, but lack the confidence of autonomy. As you gain autonomy, then you seek opportunity and trust, and renewed encouragement. Lastly, as you have confidence, opportunity and encouragement, you need support and a sounding board - until you're ready to be the beginner all over again. Teams go through a similar cycle, but it relates to their dynamic, trust, cohesion.
