Todos deben entender por qué se están implementando y qué impacto tendrán en el trabajo diario. Implementar el ADCC involucrando al equipo en (Analizar /Dise?ar/Comunicar y Capacitar. The visual board whether you decide to have SQCDP KPIs, or other visuals, the indicators, red off track, green achieved. Keep it simple.
