Secondly, documenting the learnings identified would eventually help in creating guidance documents which can help in process improvements. Thirdly, conducting retrospectives in light mood with no blame gaming goes a long way in building trust within the team. Adding quick informal sessions in the meeting regarding how the team is doing personally, what weekend plans etc could add a personal touch to the same.
