In my opinion one of the most important features that distinguishes mankind from other species is the fact that we can adapt to our environment and to new “configurations”. That, in addition that we can communicate with each other about new concepts (which AI is able to do better and better, as well) with each other, the fact that human beings are basically designed to continuously learn, all the way to high age, are foundational capabilities to make us be ready to use the next “hammer”, “fire”, “wheel”, which is “artificial intelligence”.

With AI getting better and better understanding on how to break up tasks in smaller pieces, and reason on what the best way to solve a problem, and even being able to simulate scenarios to test the respective problem, mankind’s responsibility turns into being the mentor, not only to teach AI to solve a specific problem, but also to make sure it is appropriately evaluated, benchmarked, and policed.

With the advent of the most recent modeling techniques the amount of data is less valuable in comparison with the respective quality - and quality of data does not necessarily mean that data is “not noisy”.
