I think you would have to know if the pay is okay for your level of experience. One of the reasons people loose interest in their jobs are because of poor salaries and paycheck.

Project scope and complexity is something a construction project manager should really consider while considering a new offer. Many at times comparing the level of project you’ve handled and how challenging the new ones may be could actually affect the organization if there end up airing someone that is under qualified. In such cases months of probation and retraining is highly recommended thereby allowing the employee to unlearn and relearn.

Work - Life balance. I cannot over emphasize how important this factor is. A happy workforce is a productive one. Availing personnel their due time to care for themselves, attend to family and invest in their personal interests can only yield positives for the organization. It boosts the mentality of personnel and makes them feel cared for and useful, but not used, this in turn rewards the company by reducing turn-over, increasing staff loyalty, minimizing burnouts, spiking performances, among others.

Three important factors to consider are: 1. Company culture is most important 2. What is the value proposition and results of the construction program management services offered? 3. Are collaboration, continuous improvement, leadership development & learning encouraged and applied?
