One factor I consider is the lifestyle outside of work. Research the area and consider if you can be happy with your environment and surroundings? What options are available, such as sports teams, social clubs, restaurants, landmarks, ease of travel, cinemas, shopping malls, air and water quality, access to green spaces. This makes a huge difference to my life.
