Because, when you are working from a remote settings, its important to make a best research practice. Select research methods which gives you and your client a bigger picture. Report generation is also important. Format of the report should be predefined. Make sure which tool you are going to use in remote settings. Inform your client before. If it is a paid version, make effort and budget estimation from that perspective.
