Equipment identification at site comprising of Tag number at Equipment and sub Equipment and nameplate tag of Equipment where serial number, type , OEM name , specific detail.At records mentioning Service, process parameters, OEM name with origin , Equipment date of installation & comissioning etc

Maintenance Schedule is mainly Preventive but may predictive /corrective.Also analyze from MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) & MTTR ( Mean Time To Repair). Expressing through SAP generating module, Excel spreadsheet etc

A good maintenance schedule should be simple and clear to follow. Most companies will have It in spreadsheet form and others will have a CMMS system to track and log maintenance activities, the latter being a more steadfast method. The schedule should also follow manufacturer recommendations for the desired time between service schedules but it should be revised ,if need be, in case the equipment has shown signs of deterioration over time or if the equipment ranks high in importance in the facility of installation. Lastly , the schedule should be supported by or referenced to historical data of the said equipment and a checklist containing areas of interest during checks and servicing be provided to increase the rigour during service.
