La atención personalizada a los estudiantes es posible, en mi experiencia, con una práctica constante de la escucha activa. Algunos ejemplos puntuales que se me ocurren son: ·Reuniones individuales donde se escuche activamente a cada estudiante, mostrando interés y empatía por sus experiencias y necesidades. ·Practicar la escucha reflexiva, repitiendo y parafraseando lo que los estudiantes dicen para asegurar comprensión y validar sus sentimientos. Además, esto le ayuda a los estudiantes a poner en palabras experiencias que quizá no habían podido verbalizar. ·Fomentar formas de comunicación cercanas a ellos como memes o emojis, pensando en aquellos a quienes las palabras no les alcanzan para expresarse.

Interesting article which gives some relevant pointers about a teacher’s role at school. In my experience too teachers are the most important soft resource of school. We are not dealing with products, we are dealing with young human beings. Each one different from the other. It is only the intelligence, compassion, passion and empathy of another human being which can help nurture the young minds and guide them towards building themselves in the most optimum manner.
