If you're looking for amazing results before six months, then you're not aware of what 'onboarding' is really all about.

There’s no better way to measure onboarding effectiveness than to solicit feedback. Who better to tell you how effective a process is than those who just participated in it? Unfortunately, consistent and regular feedback mechanisms are rarely implemented, and if they are, it’s even more rare to find companies that actively act on that feedback. A truly robust onboarding program builds in those feedback opportunities often, while acting on and implementing that feedback equally as often.
