Al momento de medir el OCT, debemos tener en cuenta también los factores externos que pueden afectar esta medición. Por ejemplo, factores sociales, políticos, económicos de la región de origen, regiones de tránsito y región de recibo. Esto debe ser tratado como un riesgo y hacerse visible a los clientes, ofreciendoles, claro esta, diferentes alternativas en nuestra operación.

Pour calculer l'OCT, je divise le chiffre d'affaires annuel par le capital total investi dans l'entreprise. Je prends le chiffre d'affaires annuel à partir des états financiers. Le capital total investi comprend le capital propre et le capital emprunté. Je m'assure que les chiffres utilisés proviennent de la même période pour garantir la cohérence des données.
