There are many Database Management Systems (DBMSs) available in the market, but some are more user-friendly than others. For non-technical users, Microsoft Access, Airtable, and Knack are popular DBMSs that offer user-friendly Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs). Microsoft Access is part of the Microsoft Office suite and allows users to create and manage relational databases using tables, forms, reports, and macros. It also has a query builder to retrieve and manipulate data using SQL or QBE. Airtable is a cloud-based DBMS with a GUI that allows users to create databases using spreadsheets, forms, calendars, galleries, or kanban boards. Knack is also a cloud-based DBMS with a GUI that allows users to create databases using tables, forms, views, or workflows. All three DBMSs can import/export data from/to various sources and formats and perform data analysis and visualization. However, each one has its own advantages and disadvantages such as maximum database size, lack of scalability/performance for large/complex databases, limited records/fields for free/basic plans, lack of customization/integration options, high cost for premium/enterprise plans, lack of offline access/backup options, and potential risk of data breach or loss due to cloud storage.
