The industry has evolved from 2D to 3D. But the next frontier is realising the true value of data, in AI and Automation. This requires data frameworks and integration tools. I think all of these softwares are highly overrated. And even some of the BIM processes are overrated too. It all comes down to the human being using them. If properly used some of these software are a blessing, if not their outcome is worthless.
