solar powered pneumatic system also developed grain/seed cleaning system which can be used for developed pneumatic cleaner was tested for garden pea, bottle gourd, sponge gourd and radish seed lots of different impurity levels.It was found that the processed lot achieved more than 99% physical purity irrespective of type of seed and impurity levels. The cleaning efficiency of the system was more than 96%. The throughput capacity was observed to be garden80, 50 and 75 kg/h for pea, battle gourd and radish respectively.

The world energy is transforming towards green, clean and sustainable renewable energy and wind energy is the one of them which is contributing with almost 60% efficiency. The Wind-powered pneumatic systems also helpful for energizing the industrial pneumatic devices such as pumps, compressors, fans, and blowers that can ensure production boost up without fossil fuel. Wind-powered pneumatic pumping systems appear to offer more appropriate characteristics, and the paper describes two such systems - the AIR-LIFT pump and the BARC pump - that have been widely tested in Brazil. Preliminary results suggests that these pumps can be very effective when used in suitable applications.

In recent days as a combined cycle power plant engineer this is my concern about the impact of groundwater as a source of cooling water and how it can affect the operation and maintenance of the power generation. This is my findings 1. A combined cycle Power plant has so many rotary equipment that needs to be cooled but groundwater having high amount of TDS would cause huge drawback in this regard.
