Indeed drones can do all the things listed, but not all drones can do all things. In the Inspection toolbox there are many different drones and sensors/payloads to get the jobs done well. Drone platroms that are built to perform heavy lift, operate in confined spaces, operated without GPS(underground/indoors), hover or cover alot of terrain, enabled with BVLOS technologies, etc. Some carry cameras, lidar, lasers, radars, some handle pressurized spray hoses, some have sensitive instruments that actually need to physically touch the asset. A wide variety of technologies are needed across the inspection regime within the energy sector. The trick is to know what technologies are needed for what inspection job!
