But it's also important to make sure the developer uses html headings not just making words a larger font size and using bold tool. It's also important that the headings follow a structure and a flow, don't allow the developer to rearrange the headings for aesthetics. Search engines look at H1 first then H2's and H3's etc. Structure you article for SEO, but write your article for the reader. There's a balance, but if you're not sure how to do both, put more importance on the reader. Then use other tools to boost the SEO.
