Si ya se tiene experiencia en el Lenguaje de programación lo que recomiendo en relación al IDE es lo siguiente: - Tener configurado Snipers de las implementaciones mas utilizadas. - Tener los plugins de apoyo necesarios instalados en el IDE, como Resaltadores, pero no recomiendo tener instalado plugins de IA como Copilot, almenos no para un Reto. Los Plugins de tipo Linter son importantes (SonarLint). - Practicar los arquetipos mas conocidos, como Hexagonal Architecture o MVC, para que al momento de desarrollar no se tengan dudas en cuanto a la organización del código. - Conocer los tipos de datos del Lenguaje de programación, y saber cuando se debe utilizar, Para no tener Dudas durante la implementación.

Ive learnt the importance of reviewing your own code through a hard lesson. Once I removed a parameter from string.format and that cause a runtime exception and that was too deployed in the production without being noticed in manual testing and on top that function wasnt covered in a unit test as well. Before this i always assumed that it's covered in a unit tests. So, I learnt that: - Dont assume that automated tests are already taken care of it. - Review your own pull request first. - Throughly manual test all the features that your code touched before each release. Since especially for mobile apps deployment is not instant as compared to backend or frontend so its very crucial to review your own code first before anyone else.

Mostly to review one must dry run it on some of the test cases. It will help us to know if there is any possibility of runtime error. Also understanding if the code written is having high time complexity, are there any chances of optimization. Code quality matters a lot in the organisation, so ensure to write precise comments will help us code better and understand better next time we get any bug or something.

The best mindset to have is to know for sure that in case you fail the challenge, it's not the end of the world. Sometimes it would be better for you and you'd find better opportunities elsewhere, other times, you may have actually nailed it and whoever is reviewing your work is just not qualified enough to understand it and may incorrectly deem it as a failure, and in that case, you would be better off without them. For that reason, just tackle it with as calmly as possible, without any panic or frustration. Be confident, keep your integrity, and do whatever you believe is best. If all works out, that would be great. If not, it's probably for the best on the long run.
