1-Industry knowledge is a key, if you know the industry well, work is half done! 2- keep brand at the centre, connect with stakeholders whom are impacted by the brand. 3- what are digital channels on which were they are present. N how they prefer to get communicated. 4- keep community - content- commerce view of these stakeholders and it's connection with the brand. 5- know the tools. Their cost effectiveness N how you prefer to measure KPI / ROI convincingly. ( Remember not every tool will have absolute ROI, )
