With cloud security advancements going so fast, and re-certifications usually only happening every 1-3 years, the risk of your team working with outdated information is high. Organize regular security-review meetings with your team. I.e. review CVE reports and discuss if the organization is vulnerable to it. Learn from incidents mentioned in the news and discuss preventative and proactive controls that can be put into place.
