For success in DR it's essential to get SOP for all the scenarios and process impacted This flow should be reviewed quarterly and any changes needed to the DR master document via the change management process The DR personnel should be identified, process and activities assigned to them Regular DR drills must be carried out RPO and RTO must be set up and finalized with the business
