In my experience, the best way to try and build with AI right now is to combine AI + a domain problem. You must have deep understanding of the domain you're building in, otherwise you might end up building something that your customers don't want. Like, for one of my recent AI projects, I tried solving the problem of applying to jobs. It was always took me way too much time so I was building a tool where I had "domain expertise" as I had faced the problem myself.
