In my experience, I have identified that full transparency is the better tool to gain credibility. The level of detail when presenting regression results should be as high as necessary for somebody else to replicate the analysis. If you are reporting for a non-technical audience, of course, the results should be simplified as much as possible. Even to the point in which a table might well not be presented. Nevertheless, one should include to whom or where the audience could refer to more details if needed.
