Step out of your comfort zone and expect successes and failures. Linkedin has been such a beautiful place for me to grow my network and find thought partners and even project collaborators. However, this meant me often taking the lead and a genuine interest in others. If you are looking for a real an authentic connection, set up a call and ask someone to share about their work, their passion, and their why. People are more often than not happy to share. Use this information to find common ground and opportunities to learn, grow, and partner with each other! There is a whole world of people out there excited to connect, but you have to take the first step.
