People are bored to death with endless feedback, so your ask must cut through. Use pattern interrupt to ask for feedback in a novel or different way, and leverage humour or stories to engage. Leverage new technologies and make the feedback come alive and interactive, and gamify participation with recognition and reward.

They are dangerous and unhelpful for your goals, so meetings and sessions should be designed with engagement in mind from the beginning. Interactive and multi-media from the beginning and throughout. With sound, video, polls, word clouds, audience participation, novel games and prizes. Engagement thrives on novelty, and engagement drives results. So get creative!
