In the EV transition, many drivers are mid-career, so an EV training program would be considered continuous improvement. Mid-career drivers have years, sometimes decades of experience in a diesel cab. Capturing their feedback immediately after a training in an EV cab provides the most truthful representation of the training. This can support future iterations of trainings and can act as a point of influence for other drivers. Video interviews, such as those conducted by NACFE's Run-on-Less Depot series are particularly valuable. They illustrate the new education gained, as well as the feeling behind the transition!
