The stastics show that the human interaction is the heart of the high performance, and we can't outstanding if we don't try to work on their competency, by training them, developing their skills and their knowledge based on the main tasks for each position. Algunas herramientas que no eran usadas en la industria de la perforación de pozos, hace 15 a?os atrás, hoy dia son una realidad diaria en el entorno laboral. Integrando el manejo clave de grandes volumenes de información de pozos vecinos: informes calyper, modelamientos geológicos, registros de perforación y el uso de sensores. Pueden generar un entorno, que de manera óptima se aproxime a las condiciones a enfrentar, a distintas profundidades y etapas geológicas. Que púdieran sortearse exitosamente, mediante una optima selección de herramienta de perforación, la mitigación de vibraciones en la sarta y una configuración de BHA que nos beneficie en ahorro de tiempo y herramientas.

El éxito de una perforación se obtiene con el cumplimiento del programa de perforación que ya viene analizado los parámetros óptimos de perforación. Vale resaltar que este debe contener el procedimiento a seguir, tiempos según actividad a ejecutar,dise?o de sarta, análisis de esfuerzos, análisis anticolision, fluido a utilizar, rata de perforación, caudal, torque y arrastre esperado, fluido requerido y cementacion.

Por suerte, los software tienen el nivel adecuado de seguridad y protección para evitar da?os o modificaciones de datos a conveniencia pero existen aun prácticas inadecuadas con el fin de modificar y/o suspender la captación de datos. esto es particularmente generado por las viejas prácticas de castigo y/o amonestación, de la que siempre ha gozado de fama la actividad petrolera. El reto es superponer la calidad del dato y la veracidad del mismo antes que otra cosa. Todo por el bien de las operaciones y el éxito en los proyectos.

Ya lo toqué en el punto anterior. Las viejas escuelas deben de quedar atrás. La perforación de pozos es una actividad en la cual un error afecta a la persona de manera directa o indirecta. El éxito depende esencialmente de la actitud y la aptitud de los involucrados.
