Having best of designers, engineers may not be able to product effective construction drgs as these drgs are actually defining a project scope which is majorly depends on how project team interacting with stake holders, taking feedback and understanding their expectations which may be way different then what issued in a contract. Crucial task is to analysis stakeholder requirements for its technical viability, it's impact on cost & schedule of the project. It's an need of an hour skill for the project leaders to manage stakeholders expectations as then only stakeholders will provide their consent for drawings acceptability, mock up approval which will help whole project team to move ahead in clear and concisely.

at the start of every project, you are given a nomenclature to follow for preparation of the drawings. Unfortunately, even that process is not aligned with the fast-track requirement of the project.
