Majority of the things have been covered already. But, I feel that the key thing in developing your team's skills whether it's soft skills or tech skills is leading by example. If you as a leader is upskilling yourself, your team will be motivated to do the same.

Inform when resource need to have experts support. they should be aware on, who and how the SME can reached for support. Expert shadowing work will help the team work quickly
