Me parece interesante vivir diferentes experiencias para conocerte a ti mismo, salir de tu zona de confort y saber así cuales son tus verdaderas aptitudes, cómo puedes mejorarlas, en qué necesitas trabajar más... No fue hasta que cumplí 30 a?os cuando descubrí mi verdadera vocación. Decidí hacer un Ciclo Superior en Gestión de alojamientos turísticos y ahí conocí mis límites. Aparte de los conocimientos que puedas adquirir leyendo libros sobre hotelería, me parece igual de importante absorber todo lo que puedas de esas personas apasionadas por su trabajo.
