As a general contractor with over 20 years of experience, I believe; while consumers can't estimate a project's duration definitively, here are helpful methods: **1. Research similar projects online:** Look for projects similar in scale and scope to get a general timeframe. **Remember:** These are estimations. Unexpected factors can always influence the final timeline.

First thing first, is to study the project details and the availability of all the specified materials,that can be possibly long lead items. Check the project if it complies to all the regulations of the community and authority’s for approval. Check the site and record all the possible points that may affect the initial plans and durations .

If you've done a few jobs, especially if they have similarities or similar components, then you should have some data on the type of work, unit pricing and your durations that you can look back on to refine and improve the accuracy of your bids. Agregrando la duración de cada una de las actividades, para la duración podríamos consutar a expertos en el tema o en caso de tern información de proyectos ismilares, o bien datos de volúmenes, rendimientos, producción que nos ayude a estimar estas duración que nos dará una primer idea de la duración del proyecto y las actividades que componen la ruta más larga del proyecto.

In my experience, I have never heard of this method. Sounds like only AI, not Landscape Architects or Landscape Contractors, would have the ability to do this kind of analytics. I would suggest removing this section unless other contributors use this as analysis have used it or see it more important than others. Historical experience is much more valuable

The reason for this is that with steeper terrain and challenging eggress transitions, the grading is subject to change based on conditions.
