Native apps are buith specificly for on operation system like Android or IOS and have best performance and they are the most time consuming development process. Hybrid apps are bulth to run on android and IOS and have good quality but they are not support some of the device and OS specifications and performance are not the best. To monitor the performance of Native and Hybrid apps we should use Crashlytics but for WebAR, Logging and monitoring with Sentry is a suitable option.

As with any AR experience it is important to have interaction of value that add to the guest comfort and experience as well to the host. AR chould be leveraged to provide directions on the streets but also instructions at the temporary housing, think for example of an AR experience that can show you the important/useful places (grocery store, pharmacy, host's favourite restaurant) in the neighborhood or another experience where it can help you locate and provide instructions to setup and work with the appliances and devices in the rental. Both of these experiences can provide utility and comfort exploring a new location or new room leveraging AR.
