As a team leader it is important that you are ensuring that every has a chance to be heard, especially when an important decision is to be made. Saying something like "Angela, we haven't yet heard from you on this, what are your thoughts?" Or "Rick I would like you to chime in on where we are headed here." Inviting differing perspectives will allow a team the greatest ability to ensure the right decision is being made.
